WonderStone Infant Walkers (Model No. 616 and 616-1) have been recalled because they can pass through a standard doorway and fail to stop at the edge of a step, creating a serious risk of a baby falling down stairs. This hazard can cause severe injury or death.

What is recalled
WonderStone-branded Infant Walkers in green and pink. Each walker has a gray fabric seat, a white tray with a detachable music box, six wheels, a foot pad, and a white hand lever. A white label under the tray reads either "Model No: 616" or "Model No: 616-1." Sold on Walmart.com by Wonder Stone Toys.

What to do right now
Stop using the walker immediately. Then contact Wonder Stone Toys by email at wonderstonerecall@outlook.com to arrange a full refund. As part of the refund process, you will be asked to: disassemble the walker, remove and cut the fabric seat, write "Recalled" on the top of the tray in permanent marker, and email a photo of the disassembled walker showing the cut seat and marked tray to wonderstonerecall@outlook.com.
