Wheelchair restraints on certain 2021-2026 Honda Odyssey, 2021-2025 Chrysler Pacifica, and Toyota Sienna vehicles may fail to lock, leaving wheelchairs unsecured during driving. An unsecured wheelchair can move and cause serious injury.

Vantage Mobility QRT-Deluxe and QRT-Max wheelchair restraints installed on 2021-2026 Honda Odyssey, 2021-2025 Chrysler Pacifica, and Toyota Sienna vehicles.

You are affected if you own a 2021-2026 Honda Odyssey, 2021-2025 Chrysler Pacifica, or Toyota Sienna equipped with Vantage Mobility QRT-Deluxe or QRT-Max wheelchair restraints.
What to do right now
Contact Vantage Mobility customer service at 1-800-488-9082 to schedule a free inspection and replacement of the wheelchair restraint retractors. A notification letter was mailed to owners on January 27, 2026.
