What is recalled
Urban Arrow FamilyNext Pro Cargo E-Bikes with Fidlock buckles. These are 105 inches long and 28 inches wide, feature aluminum frames with reinforced foam (EPP) cargo boxes, and come in green or black. "Urban Arrow" is imprinted on the bottom of the cargo box.

You're affected if you own an Urban Arrow FamilyNext Pro Cargo E-Bike with a Fidlock buckle and use it to carry children in the cargo area.

Stop using the e-bike immediately if children ride in the cargo area.
