SDADI wooden kitchen step stools (models LT01 and LT05) can collapse or tip over during use, and the openings on the front and back are large enough for a child's torso to pass through. This creates a serious risk of entrapment, falls, and death.

What is recalled
SDADI Kitchen Step Stools, models LT01 and LT05. These are wooden standing towers for children, sold in gray, white, espresso, pink, and natural wood colors. They measure about 35 inches high, 15 to 18 inches wide, and 18 inches deep. Manufactured in China and imported by Yiwushi Bihe Trading.

You're affected if you own an SDADI wooden kitchen step stool with model number LT01 or LT05. Check the label or packaging for these model numbers. The stools come in gray, white, espresso, pink, and natural wood finishes and stand about 35 inches tall.

The hazard
