What is recalled
Residential Elevators StrikeLock hoistway door locking device, a silver, door-latch-plate-style device installed into the landing door jamb of a residential elevator to secure the hoistway landing door.

You're affected if your home elevator has a StrikeLock hoistway door locking device installed. The device is silver and sits in the landing door jamb, looking similar to a standard door latch plate.
