Noerishia adult portable bed rails (model KDB-504B) have been recalled because users can become trapped between the rail and the mattress, creating a serious risk of death by asphyxiation. What is recalled
Noerishia adult portable bed rails, model KDB-504B, batch SO2025111104. The rails are black, 24 inches wide by 36 inches tall, made of carbon steel, and weigh 8.4 pounds. "Model: KDB-504B" and "Batch: SO2025111104" are printed on the product packaging, and "Noerishia" and "Model: KDB-504B" appear on the instruction manual. Sold on Amazon by Hurzein.

Hurzein will ask you to cut off the gray foam handgrip padding and cut the securing straps in half to make the rails unusable, then photograph the destroyed rail and email the photo to the same address.
