What is recalled
2025 Nissan Murano, 2025 and 2026 Nissan Armada, and Infiniti QX80 vehicles with a software error in the In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) system.

You're affected if you own a 2025 Nissan Murano, 2025 or 2026 Nissan Armada, or Infiniti QX80. Check your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) on NHTSA.gov beginning December 12, 2025, to confirm whether your specific vehicle is included.

Contact Nissan at 800-647-7261 or Infiniti at 1-800-662-6200 to schedule a free software update. Your dealer will update the IVI system, or you may receive an over-the-air update automatically. Refer to Nissan recall numbers R25D6, R25D5, or R25D7 when you call.
