MNIENT adult portable bed rails (model LQX-110055) have been recalled because users can become trapped between the rail and the mattress, creating a serious risk of death by asphyxiation. The rails also fail structural stability and retention strap requirements, posing a fall risk, and have incorrectly sized push pins that can cause lacerations.

What is recalled
MNIENT Adult Portable Bed Rail, model LQX-110055. The rail has a white frame with black foam rubber handle grips and a black fabric pouch, and measures about 13 inches wide by 39 inches high. The brand name and model number appear on the front of the product packaging and on the label attached to the black fabric pouch.
