Gudook adult bicycle helmets (model KY-055, batch 202503) have been recalled because they fail the mandatory safety standard for bicycle helmets, they don't adequately absorb impact, meaning they could fail to protect you in a crash and put you at serious risk of head injury or death.

What is recalled
Gudook Adult Bike Helmet, model KY-055. Blue with white color, size medium (M), fitting head circumferences of about 21.3 to 22.4 inches. Features red padding, black straps, a black-and-red buckle, and a black fit-adjusting knob at the back. "Gudook" is printed on the side. Only helmets with batch number 202503 and a manufacture date of March 2025 (03/2025) are recalled, check the label on the inside of the helmet for the model, batch number, and manufacture date. Sold on Amazon by Gudook Outdoor Sports.
Am I affected
You're affected if you own a Gudook helmet with ALL of the following on the inside label: model KY-055, batch number 202503, and manufacture date 03/2025. The helmet is blue with white coloring, size medium (M).
What to do right now
Stop using this helmet immediately. To get a full refund, destroy the helmet by cutting the straps, then email a photo of the destroyed helmet, clearly showing the batch number, to Gudook Outdoor Sports at lexi_kuyou@163.com. After sending the photo, dispose of the helmet.
