What is recalled
Metalux Optimized High Bay (OHB) LED light fixtures by Cooper Lighting, used indoors in commercial buildings with high ceilings. The fixtures are painted white metal with a plastic diffuser lens cover, ranging from 2 to 4 feet long and 1 to 1.5 feet wide. Affected catalog numbers and date codes (printed on the label inside the fixture channel cover, accessible by removing two screws; date code format is mm/dd/yy): - OHB-60SE: date codes April 2020 through December 2022 - OHBL-60SE: date codes October 2022 through May 15, 2025 - OHBL-100SE: date codes October 2022 through May 15, 2025
