Cooper Lighting is recalling Metalux Optimized High Bay (OHB) LED light fixtures used in warehouses and commercial buildings because the LED board can overheat or touch the lens or nearby combustible materials, creating a fire hazard.

What is recalled
Metalux Optimized High Bay (OHB) LED light fixtures made by Cooper Lighting. These are white painted metal fixtures with a plastic diffuser lens cover, 2 to 4 feet long and 1 to 1.5 feet wide, used indoors in commercial spaces with high ceilings. Three catalog numbers and date code ranges are covered: - OHB-60SE: date codes April 2020 through December 2022 - OHBL-60SE: date codes October 2022 through May 15, 2025 - OHBL-100SE: date codes October 2022 through May 15, 2025 The catalog number and date code (printed in mm/dd/yy format) appear on the label inside the fixture channel cover, behind the tray, accessible by removing two screws.
Am I affected
You're affected if you own or operate a Metalux OHB LED light fixture with one of these catalog numbers and date codes on its inside label: - OHB-60SE with a date code between April 2020 and December 2022 - OHBL-60SE with a date code between October 2022 and May 15, 2025 - OHBL-100SE with a date code between October 2022 and May 15, 2025 To check, remove the two screws on the fixture channel cover and look at the label behind the tray.
