Certain 2024-2025 Chrysler Pacifica vehicles have an incorrect radio that prevents the rearview camera image from displaying, reducing the driver's view behind the vehicle and increasing crash risk. Dealers have already replaced the radio for free on all affected vehicles.

You're affected if you own a 2024 or 2025 Chrysler Pacifica. Check your vehicle identification number (VIN) by calling Chrysler at 800-853-1403 with recall number 57C to confirm if your vehicle was repaired.
What to do right now
If you haven't already had the repair done, contact Chrysler customer service at 800-853-1403 (recall 57C) to schedule a free radio replacement at your nearest dealer. Notification letters were mailed August 7, 2025.
